News 2008

December 13th:
Dana (CH Fardarrigh Xtra Sec) was the best Finnish bitch (and best bitch #2) at FKC`s Winner Show in Helsinki. Ch Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance was best dog #3. The judge was Karl-Erik Johansson from Sweden. BOB was Merrymac Absolute and BOS Merrymac Sugar´n Spice, from Sweden. Congratulations G & T!

October 25th:

October 8th:
Back from the U.S. from a great trip to the east coast terrier extravaganza: the Montgomery weekend! I had a terrific time, a big thank you to my new friends Russ and Kelly Hair, Jörg Brossette and Dirk Koch. A big thank you also to my (not so new!) friend Ted van de Walle of the Netherlands. It was a unforgettable weekend, and I will update some photos here soon.

September 14th
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance was BOB in Porvoo, judged by terrier Specialist Birgit Seloy.

September 6th
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance finished his championship in Helsinki.

August 9th:
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, was the Best in Show in ITAF Specialty Show in Hyvinkää. The judge was the terrier specialist Marja Salminen, FI. BOSS was Ch Fardarrigh Xtra Sec. Our breeder´s group was BIS group. I was proud of our juniors, who did so well!

Best Dog class was dominated by Fardarrigh dogs:
1. Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, CC, 2. Merrymac Carbon Copy, owned by Piia & Jussi Saarela, 3. Fardarrigh After The Storm, owned by Nina Kullberg-Grönroos, 4. Fardarrigh A Simple Game, owned by Erja Saarinen. Everyone sired by the same stud, Dearg Madra´s Eli Eli Oh!

Critics: Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance: Excellent type and proportions. Correct temperament. Beautiful head and expression. Quite good ears. Nice neck and body. Well-balanced angulations both ends. Excellent tailset and tail. Moves very well. This dog shows himself as if he owns the ring.

Our breeder´s group: Very beautiful, excellent group in type. Correct-coated Irish. Exemplary tailsets and tails. Correct temperaments. Good movement. Everyone beautifully trimmed.

After the show our friends gathered in our home to play with the puppies and have some lunch. A great day for our team! Thank you to everyone involved, especially Tintti, Riikka and Kati, who helped with everything! A big thank you also to Susa who helped with trimming!

July 26th:
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, was BOB with CC in Turku, judge Maija Mäkinen, FI. BOS was Ch Fardarrigh Xtra Sec.

July 13th:
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, was BOB with CC in Karjaa, judge Maija Mäkinen, FI. BOS was Ch Fardarrigh Xtra Sec.

July 2.-5.7. 2008:
Stockholm, World Dog Show and the circuit shows: Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance placed 2nd in Intermediate class with Excellent in all the three shows. Ch Fardarrigh Xtra Sec´s placings were 4th, 3rd, and 4th in open class with Excellent.

June 20, 2008:
Puppies were born, 1+4. Mother and babies are well! See puppy page for further info.

June 14, 2008:
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, Luke, was BOB with CC and CACIB in Kotka International, judge Tiina Paukku, FI. BOS was Ch Fardarrigh Xtra Sec with CACIB.

Fardarrigh Xtra Sec, Dana, finished her championship with BOS and CAC + CACIB in Lappeenranta International.

March 16, 2008
Fardarrigh Zero Tolerance, Luke, was BOB, Best Dog with CC and CACIB in Tampere International.
Fardarrigh Xtra Sec, Dana, was Best Bitch #2 with CACIB. Fardarrigh Vernal Equinox, Siri, was Best bitch #3.
My breeder´s group was BOB and finally BIS 4 group in the final ring.
