Breeding for quality
Fardarrigh is a small home kennel. I got my first Irish Terrier in 1983, and the first puppies were born in 1986. I am a FCI judge and at the moment I am licenced to judge most breeds in FCI groups 3, 4, 7 and 10. We live in Vihti, about 50 km from Helsinki.
Successfull year 2011
In 2011, our Irish Terriers were placed several times in the BIS breeder competition. We won the BIS breeder in Kotka Int under judge Michael Leonard and gained other valuable placings. Our year was topped by the final placement: #16 among all breeds! Thank you to our wonderful team and all the devoted handlers who helped.
BIS 1 breeder in Turku INT
We took a much appreciated breeder´s group win in Turku, under judge Torbjörn Skaar. At the moment (March 2012) we are at #5 in all breeds, competing with 3rd best points. We are looking forward to the coming show season and hope to get some of your youngsters to the showrings.
Reima – again Top Irish
Ch Fardarrigh Cutting Edge, a.k.a. Reima, was again the top winning Irish in Finland in 2011. He went BIS in the Irish Terrier Specialty in Pori, July 2011, and had a few nice group placings. Reima is owned by Suvi Tarkiainen.
